FTJC-6Portable Continuous Contact Wire Wear Measuring Instrument
1. Overview
In electrified railways, electric locomotives obtain electric energy from the catenary through the pantograph. Multiple factors such as deformation and vibration of the contact wire causing alternating stress changes, locomotive operation modes, and current collection status lead to wear of the contact wire. Local wear of the contact wire has a significant impact on the economic and operational indicators of the contact wire. When the worn surface reaches a certain level, it will cause wire breakage and directly affect power supply safety.
To ensure the operational safety of railway electric locomotives, this instrument realizes continuous measurement of contact wire wear and damage, solving the problems of low efficiency and incomplete measurement when manually observing contact wire wear and arc damage at fixed times and points.
2. Composition
The FTJC-6 catenary wear continuous measuring instrument is composed of two parts: the measuring terminal and the control terminal. The measuring terminal mainly realizes continuous measurement of rigid contact wire creep. The control terminal mainly controls the measuring terminal to perform creep measurement, receives measurement data from the measuring terminal and displays the data. Zigbee technology is adopted for wireless data transmission between the measuring terminal and the control terminal.
